Fighting fit circuit class with Richard Cadden, This class focuses on the individual muscle groups to tone and strengthen the whole body. We offer exercises which will develop holistic fitness and develop “useable” muscles along with excellent cardio-vascular fitness to make the practicing of Thai boxing more powerful, more efficient and more reliable. How many people suffer injuries from lifting weights? This is because they are not developing themselves holistically. They do not have the muscle groups to support the individual muscle that they are exercising. This is why people begin to develop symptoms such as bad backs, aching knees and other joint problems which can lead to poor posture and even health problems later in life. The fighting fit circuit class focuses on performing exercises correctly and safely so as to avoid injury setbacks and continually build on your level of fitness.

Don’t just get fit! . . .

. . . Get fighting fit!

Thursday night - 18:00 till 20:00 - (Booking session)

This new class offers a 20-minute high intensity 1-on-1 training session with two-times World Champion Richard Cadden. The focus of this class can either be on perfecting technique, or just a hard blast work out on the pads.....Its up to you!!!As there are limited sessions available, the booking sheet for this class will be put out on the Sunday and Tuesday before, so the earlier you book, the more options you will have for your time slot. It is recommended that you arrive 10 to 15-minutes before your session so that you can warm up properly and get the most out of your session

If you book a PT slot you can do the sparring class for free. If you do not have a PT, then normal class fee's apply.

Sunday night - 17:30 till 19:00

After a good warm up at the stretching area we move in to the studio where we focus on the technical content of Muay Thai. Working predominantly on sparring/competition techniques with a partner, We aim to develop enough skill to control the level of contact. This provides a much safer environment for all ages and abilities in which to practice Muay Thai. The techniques are perfected through pad work. Then once the techniques are performed proficiently to the instructor’s satisfaction practitioners are moved in to a sparring situation where the focus turns in to spotting opportunities to deliver the technique in a controlled manner so that both partners improve together. In pad work we develop speed, strength and agility. In sparring we develop timing and composure. Linking together the speed, strength, agility, timing and composure to develop each and every individual in to a proficient Nak-Muay (Thai Boxer).
